i am majorly into coconut products.  coconut milk for smoothies and cereal.  coconut oil for cooking.  coconut water for vitality and hydration.  coconuts are cool little critters.

while i have been using the milk and oil for a while now, i have only recently jumped on the water bandwagon.  this stuff is so good for you!  it is the perfect hydrator, an energy boost, and a jolt of vitamins and minerals.  this has become my go-to drink after workouts [to ensure that i keep those electrolyte levels up].  i also like to mix some into my bland water to add a splash of flavor...it makes drinking my daily water seem like a pleasant, tropical experience.
