a snapshot from my morning yoga sesh with my man.  i've said it before, but home practice is where it's at!

working on handstands, dropbacks, and variations of urdhva dhanurasana.

i am trying to get better at documenting poses - thanks hubby - so that i can look for necessary alignment tweaks and track my progress.  it is all about the progress.  being intentional about improvement.  small improvements that make a lasting impact over time. yes, some days feel like a regression.  some movements are more difficult.  some muscles don't want to stretch.  but consistent effort is the key.  being able to look back and realize how far you've come.  seeing the effort shine through in better form.  diligently working, being molded into something new.  such is my yoga practice.  such is my life.
