20 weeks
banana = half way mark
cravings & such: meat. big, yummy burgers. bun not necessary...we are all about the meat here, folks. oh yes, and anything asian. if i could eat teppanyaki or sushi every day, i would be pretty happy. well, teppanyaki and a burger.
the bump: getting bigger every day! well, at least every week. those little belly tendons are getting a workout. and speaking of workouts...the yoga folding is getting kinda awkward. i guess i am pregnant and might need to adjust my poses a bit to accommodate a growing bump.
cool & cute things: baby is swallowing more these days to practice using the digestive system. which means the first bowel movement is in the works! we will be seeing that meconium in a diaper very soon! the baby is about 6.5 inches long, crown to rump and 10 inches from head to heel. baby weighs in at 10.5 ounces.
new things: we know the gender! hurray for our baby girl! girl, girl, girl!
meaningful moments: seeing HER again during the ultrasound and taking home some cute pictures of tiny feet and a big belly. finding out that we are having a little girl and sharing the news with family and friends. calling her by name. hearing that she is healthy and VERY active...and feeling that activity more and more. so much fun.
the countdown: 140 days to go!
